Fences
It's that time again to assure that your fences are in "Good Repair." This includes repairing damage and making sure your entire fence is stained per it's original design color. Homeowners who border vacant lots are responsible for staining both sides or their fence. The authorized stain for Paramount is CEDAR by COLUMBIA #08-700-01. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Parking and Storage
Vehicles used for everyday transportation should be parked in the garage or driveway. For safety and visibility of drivers, avoid parking in the street. Visitors should avoid parking in the street if possible. Please remember that the primary purpose of the garage is for parking and storage of automobiles. Boats, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, snowbobiles, motorcycles, watercraft, tent trailers, and other recreational vehicles should be parked out of sight behind your fence or in offsite storage. It is permissible to park your RV in your driveway for up to 72 hours for cleaning, loading and unloading.
Fitness Center
This is a reminder that all workouts in the fitness center MUST be completed by 10:00 p.m. as this is the time that the center closes. Thank you.
Photography & YouTube Contest
3/27/09: CALLING ALL photographers and videographers to participate in this creative contest with valuable prizes up for grabs! Funded by Brighton Corporation, we are holding a photographyand YouTube video contest, in two "seasons."
All entries need to be posted on Paramount's Facebook page (Paramount in Meridian, ID), and will be judged by a photographer with the Idaho Statesman.

Here's the scoop:

Season 1 | April 1 - July 15
Paramount events and/or themes you may want to consider include spring, Easter Egg Hunt, Health & Wellness, summertime, Fourth of July parade, etc.

Season 2 | July 15 - November 10
Paramount events and/or themes you may want to consider include summertime, outdoor concerts, Wizard of Oz children's theatre, fall, Harvest Festival and such.

Photography: Entries will be judged for clarity and emotion. Be sure the resolution is appropriate for online posts.

YouTube video: Entries will be judged for storyline and quality. Please limit the video length to under 2.5 minutes.

PRIZES:
We will have (1) photography winner and (1) YouTube winner from each season...so four winners total! And we're excited to offer these prizes for the winning entries:

Only Paramount residents are eligible for these contests, and you may enter as many times as you wish!
