The Paramount Owners Association, Inc. annual meeting is going to be held in person. Notices will be going out in the mail as we get closer. Currently, we have five members on the Board; Donn Doss, John Williams, Patrick Grace, Joyce Bolen, and Richard Hughes. Donn, Joyce, and John’s terms are up, so there are 3 openings to be filled. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please fill out the online form at: https://fs9.formsite.com/Cnkk7M/6g5jhbtc6c/index by no later than Friday, March 17, 2023. The information provided about yourself will be shared with the community, so members can vote.

After collecting all the Board Volunteer Forms we will be hosting a virtual meet and greet on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 6pm. The event will be held via Zoom, so the community can become acquainted with the members volunteering for the Board. Members will be allowed to ask questions for the volunteers to answer.  We recommend downloading Zoom ahead of time. Notices of the annual meeting will be sent by mail. Included will be a proxy and ballot to vote for the volunteers of your choosing. These proxies and ballots must be returned prior to the annual meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 6pm.

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that we receive participation. We need at least 60% of the community, which is the required quorum, to respond or participate in person, or at the follow-up meeting decisions can be made by only 10% of the community. Please be sure to mark your calendars and participate.
