Assessments
If you have not paid your assessments (dues) you are late, and have incurred additional fees. Make payment today in order to avoid going to collections…
E-Scooter Ordinance Change
The City of Meridian has updated the E-Scooter ordinance. E-Scooters are now prohibited from sidewalks unless the roadway speed is over 45mph. You can view the entire ordinance and safety requirements by following the link provided below.
Holiday Decorations
A friendly reminder that all outdoor lights and other decorations should been taken down by January 31st.
Paramount Elementary
Paramount Elementary is a closed campus while classes are in session. Only students are allowed on the school grounds during these hours. Homeowners that utilize the school grounds for walks will need to take a different route during closed campus hours. Also, please do not run your pets in the open grass area unattended. It’s very frustrating for teachers and students to have to clean up pet waste.
Cayuse Creek Pump House
We understand people are interested in the reconstruction of the pump station. However, this is an active construction site, and we are under a time crunch to be ready for the spring irrigation. Please stay out and tell your teens to stay out. Our contractors are working hard to make sure we meet our goals. Please do not interrupt them and be careful as you’re driving by.
Clubhouse Parking Lot
Please do not use the clubhouse parking lot to park your extra cars, trailers, or other vehicles. This parking area is only for residents who are using the clubhouse facilities. Violators will be towed away at your own expense.
