January 2024 Community Newsletter
Happy New Year!
We hope the New Year is starting off well for everyone. Dues and budgets were sent out in December. If you have not made payment, now’s your final chance to do so or set up payment arrangements before late fees are assessed. We’re currently wrapping up the year-end taxes and will post the year-end financials shortly.
Holiday Decorations
As we move into February, please make sure your holiday lights and decorations from Christmas are removed.
New Website Access Portal
If you have not already registered on our new site, we hope you will soon. Brighton is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities. We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service. With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements.
Snow Removal
We appreciate all of you being patient and working with neighbors to help with the snow. Please remember not to push snow into the streets and try to keep street drains clear for runoff. The Association clears snow around the clubhouse only at this time. There were concerns about a few intersections that were dangerous during the snow, and a few signs that went down. These were reported to ACHD and addressed right away. They have a great team and we appreciate their services. Thank you all who reached out.
Clubhouse
We’ve had some concerns about teens being in the clubhouse and interesting “odors” being reported. These odors seem to be the result of possibly smoking something in the restrooms. Please make sure your teens are aware that smoking anything is not permitted at the clubhouse, and will be reported to the authorities.
Toys
We’ve had some new reports of drones hovering over yards and even arrows found in yards. We understand these may be new items from the holidays, but please teach or learn where, when, and how to use these, so that you’re being safe and respectful to neighbors.
Website
The Paramount website has received a facelift. The previous site was getting too outdated, so we’ve spruced it up. Everything should still be easy to find, but if you have any questions, please call or email us.
Easter Egg Hunt
Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 30th. Some wonderful volunteers in the community will be holding an Easter Egg Hunt in Crosby Park. There will be a hunt at 3pm for ages 9 and under, and then an evening “glow” hunt recommended for ages 10-14 at 9pm. You don’t want to be late, as the kids are FAST! Bring your cameras and excitement, as it will be a great time!
