Annual Meeting

The annual meeting is April 10th, at Paramount Elementary, at 6pm. It’s so important for us to have people participate and show up!

Irrigation

We’ll be starting and testing our systems beginning April 8th, but don’t anticipate having full water pressure until we receive irrigation water the week of the 15th. We’ll send out updates as the timing is confirmed.

Pool Opening

We are scheduled to open the pools on May 20th, weather permitting. Please take a minute to refresh yourself with the rules.

Dues

If you haven’t made payment or payment arrangements, your first half dues are late and late fees are now being incurred. Please be sure to reach out before costly collection fees are added.

New Website Access Portal

If you have not already registered on our new site, we hope you will soon. Brighton is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities.  We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service.  With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements.

ACC Requests

Please remember that all exterior home improvements must be submitted and approved prior to installation. This includes the backyards as well. It’s an easy form and process. You can find the form online along with the ACC Guidelines for any questions.

Motorized Vehicles

Please keep motorized vehicles out of the common areas, and off the walkways. Dirt bikes, 4-wheelers, golf carts, should not be used in the common areas.

Speeding

The neighborhood is not your Indy-500 track. We have so many kids, neighbors, friends, and pets out in the community at all times, we don’t want to see any tragic accidents. Please slow down, and tell your family drivers, including teens and their friends, to slow down as well.

Easter Egg Hunt

Don’t forget this Saturday, March 30th, is the Easter Egg Hunt in Crosby Park. There will be a hunt at 3pm for ages 9 and under, and then an evening “glow” hunt recommended for ages 10-14 at 9pm. You don’t want to be late, as the kids are FAST! Bring your cameras and excitement, as it will be a great time!

Spring Reminders

We want to remind everyone of a few key rules:

1) Garbage cans should be stored out of view at all times, except for when out on the day of pickup.

2) Use the garage and driveway for parking before the street.

3) Recreation vehicles or trailers should be out for no more than 48 hours for loading and unloading up to 4 times a month, and then returned to appropriate storage.
