2025 Irrigation Season

Our pump station is just about operational. Please stay out of the construction zone, and drive by slowly. We plan to start testing next week. Settlers Irrigation District will begin releasing water into canals the week of April 7th, with delivery to residents anticipated the week of April 14th. An email notification when water is on will be sent out.

Spring Lawn Tip

Spring is the optimal time to apply a pre-emergent herbicide to your lawn. This proactive measure prevents weeds from germinating for a weed-free lawn and ensures a healthier, more vibrant turf throughout the growing season.

Easter Event

Thanks to a wonderful volunteer in the community, Easter is happening on Saturday, April 12th, from 11am – 1pm at Crosby Park. There will be some games like guess the jelly beans, bubbles coloring table, hula-hoops, and even raffle prizes. The hunt will begin at 11:30 by age groups, and the Easter Bunny will be stopping by for photos.

Pet Etiquette

Residents have observed Crosby Park being utilized as an off-leash dog park. Dogs should always be leashed when off your property to prevent unexpected encounters with people, other animals and cars.  Please remember to clean up after your pet. It’s not pleasant, but responsible pet ownership requires it. Respect others and keep public spaces and parks clean for everyone.

Tree Maintenance

Delivery drivers reported over-grown tree limbs preventing their ability to park delivery trucks safely, necessitating parking in the middle of the street which disrupts traffic and creates a hazard for vehicles and pedestrians.  City Code requires a minimum 8’ vertical clearance over the sidewalk and 14′ over streets.  Pruning overgrown limbs will help maintain the health of your trees, preventing garbage trucks and other oversized vehicles from damaging limbs.

Paramount Elementary

Paramount Elementary is a closed campus while classes are in session. Only students are allowed on the school grounds during these hours. Homeowners that utilize the school grounds for walks will need to take a different route during closed campus hours. Also, please do not run your pets in the open grass area unattended. It’s very frustrating for teachers and students to have to clean up pet waste.

Food Trucks

We have had some requests for food trucks to visit the community from time to time. Some have come by the clubhouse, and some to parks. We’re open to this if any volunteer or volunteers want to help coordinate this. On June 2nd and July 7th, SweetnSimple and Rightsideoftheboat FishnChips will be visiting Crosby Park.

Clubhouse Parking Lot

Please do not use the clubhouse parking lot to park your extra cars, trailers, or other vehicles. This parking area is only for residents who are using the clubhouse facilities. Violators will be towed away at your own expense.
