Holiday Decor Reminder

Please make sure to get your holiday lights and decorations down this month.

Snow Removal

Since winter is here, we want to remind residents not to shovel snow into the streets. Driveways and sidewalks should be shoveled into yards or less traveled areas. The Association has set up snow removal and deicing for the clubhouse as we reach 2″ of accumulation, to maintain use at the facility.

Don’t forget to the check the online community calendar for events, reservations, food truck visits, and more.

ACC Requests

If you have plans to improve your landscaping, add a shed, patio, or anything else to the exterior of your home, front or backyard, please remember to get ACC approval in advance prior to installation. You can fill out the request form online. You may also view the ACC Guidelines and CC&Rs on the community site. ​​
