September 2023 Community Newsletter
Event Calendar
Don’t forget to check the community calendar for upcoming events and food trucks. For instance Bright Ideas Coffee will be at the clubhouse tomorrow morning. You can fine the calendar at: https://paramount-idaho.com/calendar/.
Pools Closing
With school back in and the weather changing, we are anticipating closing the pools on Monday, September 18th. Get all your final swimming in this week.
Trash Cans
Just a reminder trash cans should be screened from view, so in the garage or on the side of the house behind the fence or appropriate landscaping, so it’s not seen from the street. Please help us keep the community classy and less trashy by putting these away.
Volunteers Needed
If you’re looking for a way to get involved, we are in need of a few more volunteers for the Oversite committee to help report violations in the community. If you are interested, please reach out to hoa@brightoncorp.com today.
Fall Landscaping
It’s time to start trimming shrubs and trees that are growing into or over sidewalks and streets. Sidewalks should be clear for passage up to 8ft in height, and streets up to 14ft in height. It’s also time to start watching for leaves to drop. Please try to clean these up regularly so they are not left to blow all into your neighbor’s yards.
Pets
When walking your pets, please try to avoid letting them do their business in the same spot every time. If you can avoid letting them go in neighbor’s yards, that’s also great. We know that we can’t always stop them, so if they go in a neighbor’s yard, please be kind and cleanup after them.
Noise Ordinance
As we come into Fall with all the holidays, football parties, and other gatherings, please be aware of the City noise ordinance, where quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Please be courteous to your neighbors if your party is still carrying on after 10pm. We all greatly appreciate this.
